Pam Leonard is a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker and is the CJFS Senior In-Home Programs Manager. She oversees and provides services that bring in-home assistance to seniors and their caregivers fostering independence and successful aging in place. Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Montevallo and has been a licensed Social Worker in Alabama since 1998. She joined the CJFS team in November 2002.
Lynn Rathmell

Lynn has had two periods of employment with CJFS. In the1990’s when CJFS was in the midst of resettling people from the former Soviet Union, Lynn worked for 8 years helping people to find their first jobs and developing career goals for future employment. She returned to CJFS in March of 2008 as an Assistant Care Manager. She works with elderly clients in our “Just Like Family” and “Honor Parents” programs, helping older adults and their families manage the tasks of aging while maintaining the maximum quality of life for everyone involved. She continues to offer job development and career consultation, and has facilitated a seminar, Thriving through Challenging Times, in response to current needs. Lynn has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado.
Amy Peetluk

Amy Peetluk is an Assistant Care Manager in our “Just Like Family” program assisting older or disabled adults with tasks like escorted doctor’s visits, being a representative payee, filing insurance claims and researching resources to enhance their lives and that of their families. Amy is also our Medicare Part D expert. She researches and helps clients understand their options so they can choose the best plan to meet their needs. Amy attended Montclair State University and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She joined CJFS in October 2005.
