Friends of CJFS
Will you be a Friend of Collat Jewish Family Services? Each year, CJFS holds a fund-raising and friend-raising campaign from April 1 of this year through March 31 of the next year. Part of our goal is to let great donors know what we do; we ask for support through gifts and pledges. You can join as a Friend through online donations, by writing a check, or via credit card. What you are supporting is the safety net of the Jewish community. All of the services CJFS provides--Buz-A-Bus transportation, English as a Second Language for New Americans, senior services, counseling, Food Closet /Restore the Store, emergency assistance, caregivers support group, one-on-one meetings with people in our community, seminars and more--are supported by our Friends.
The needs keep growing as increasing numbers of people age in health and in place--largely because of the dedication of CJFS' Friends.

5 for $25 - We fill them out and mail them for you, just give us a call when you want us to send one out, & consider it "done"!
6 for $25 - You take them home and send them at your leisure!

Baskets of Blessings
Planning a simcha (joy/celebration)? Do you want to infuse it with meaning by sharing your happiness with those less fortunate?
Bimah and table Baskets add style and significance to your next simcha. A minimum donation of $100 for a Bimah Basket and $20 for each table basket will enable CJFS to help families in need, providing food, shelter and basic needs. The Baskets with the items inside represent non-perishable food items distributed through the CJFS Food Closet.
You may order Baskets of Blessings for any simcha, such as a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, birthday lunch, bris or baby naming, and the like. The different size containers are appropriate for both the bima (sanctuary platform) and tables. Additionally, there are various styles of Baskets and multiple paper and ribbon colors from which to choose.
